Had an absolutely horrible experience with BMW roadside. After 3.5 hours of waiting on the side of the road with a flat and an estimated 2-3 more hours before the tow company will arrive, we called Freedom and they recommended Affordable Towing. Called them and 45 min later the bike was loaded and headed to Huntsville. Got a call from the tow company at 4:05 pm that the bike made it saftely there and about 5 minutes later Freedom called and said they had a tire and the bike was on the lift getting repaired. It is Saturday and they close at 5 pm. Service said we will wait for you and got there right at 5 to pick it up. Thank you so much to the Freedom team for making a long horrible day turn out good.
