Bought a brand new mule. The entire vehicle is sun damaged.  They said it was sitting out in the elements for a year. Refused to replace sun damaged seat belts.  Safety hazard. You can see the buttons ink are wearing away. Ridiculous. Also, engine light came on within a week.  Be very careful with this dealership

The salesman was nice and friendly.  We purchased a new Kawasaki mule. We also purchased a top and windshield .   They add an extra  charge for the  installation of the top.  They could not get the  top and windshield to fit on the mule.  They refunded our money for the top but still charged us for the installation that we did not get. They refused to refund the installation charge.  Can you imagine buying  a new Kawasaki Mule and Freedom Powersports Decatur cannot get the top to fit and they feel untitled to  keep the installation fee???  We would drive 500 miles before we would do business with them again.

Ive been dealing with Hunter Aragon, he is extremely detailed and treats your bike as if it were his own. He will go the extra mile in doing research before you arrive to make sure everything is perfect. I am extremely impressed with his customer service skills and plan on making my hour drive for now on to service my bike with him and Chris (Chicken).

Fantastic experience with these guys. Found a great deal on a bike unfortunately I live 3 hours away. No problem though called Shane and he took care of everything for me. Did all paperwork online I hired someone to ship it and he even made sure it got out safely. It is everything I could have asked for and more. Flawless condition and excellent customer service all the way through. Can’t recommend them enough.

I tried to go on Saturday at noon. All the doors were locked on the front. Looked like the mechanics were there. One rode an ATV right by me but didn’t say anything.

Very happy with freedom. They helped me get in my 2021can am spyder limited. Wayne work hard to get me a deal and kept in contact with me through the whole process. Wayne was awesome. They kept my bike for me for two weeks while I waited to get back into town. They noticed an issue with the bike before I picked it up and got it fixed by the time I came for it. Would recommend them to anyone.

Went to visit & sit on my someday CAM AM Ryker 900 lol.... Seriously the bikes are beautiful. The guys working there KNEW the bikes and were NOT pushy high selling. They let me & my brother check out different bikes and l left sure that l'm definitely buying one from them someday in the near future. Store was clean & abiding by Covid19 protocols.

I've been looking for a Yamaha SMAX for few weeks now and have a line on one at another dealer for $3,799 out the door (MSRP) but they won't get it for another couple of days. I called Freedom since they had one on their website (in stock) for $3,799. I called to make sure it was the "out the door" price like the other one. They wanted to add another $1,463 to the price!! $5,263!! I've seen other dealers since I've been shopping that want to add $500 or so to the MSRP and I don't even like that but nearly $1,500 is outrageous. I won't do business with people who try to take advantage like that.

Ok, first of all, I LOVE THE BIKE! I found this bike listed on another site, but I was then directed to the Freedom site. Although I live about 250 miles away, this was the exact bike I have been looking for, so I rolled the dice. Carl, (the salesman), not only took the time to text me additional pics, he answered all my questions and took a deposit to hold the bike. I drove about 4 hours on a Saturday to look at a bike that I had never even seen or heard running. Carl and the whole gang were very kind and professional, and the bike was just as described. They helped me load it up, and after another 4 hours home and a fresh battery, I was riding the bike to the corner store to fill it up. Thanks again Carl for a great experience, and I hope to see you the next time I'm in the market for a great used bike! Bo

Freedom Powersports McKinney

Freedom Powersports in McKinney TX has been one of the best Powersports dealers i have come across in North TX. These guys known there stuff and they are very honest and upfront about anything you ask. I definitely appreciate that here. I have made two vehicle purchases here and have had zero regrets with either. The service center provided me the same experience when I came in for some repairs.

1) not a single employee was wearing a mask during a global pandemic.  Shows they don’t care about their customers.
2) salesperson said they cannot order what we wanted from the manufacturer. (Jones power sports in Durant, OK could, so they lied)
3) they add $695 to the selling price for putting it together before delivery. (Jones does not ever charge a fee for this).
4) they quoted us a price including over $4000 in warranties, and the $695 for putting it together, with bad credit.  We have A credit.
5). Salesman said he’d look for the model we wanted and would get back to us.  3 days later, nothing.  No one has called us since we left.   One call to Jones in Durant, they gave us a cost of below the single seat ATV, for the two seater, which is listed for $1000 more than the single seat.  Plus they ordered us the color we wanted, and gave us A credit.  Out the door, we got a two-seater, in the color we wanted, for less than the 1 seater in plain green, that freedom offered.
6). Freedom offered 3 year ext warranty for $897.  Then came back and said they’d do 5 year for that.  Jones: 3 yr for $800.  Just skip it, unless you don’t take care of regular maintenance yourself.

Bottom line:  these folks don’t respect customer safety, lie, and are over-priced.  Look elsewhere for your off- road needs.

My pleasure.  Rueban was great.  Although Lewisville has Moore CanAms this store was much better looking and had a much better staff.

My first stop to check out side x sides and 4 wheelers. The sales person answered all my questions.  Very impressed with her. I'm going to check out some other dealerships,  but if I decide to buy Polaris or Canam, I will ask for her.

Can Am and Polaris ATV dealer as well as bikes. This location also has a limited selection of personal equipment for both. Like some other dealers they are suffering from a lack of selection but are promised to be receiving increasingly more in the coming weeks. On this day they only had a single ATV. If you're looking for something anticipate having to order and wait. Great staff that is not 'pushy'.

Freedom Powersports Lewisville

If you are doubt about where to buy your Jett Ski from than read my review.  I read the reviews and had mixed emotions about buying but said what the heck.  Bought from salesperson Samantha who was super friendly and made the buying experience great.  My experience after the sale wasn’t the best and no place will ever be without issue but I will say this....the Lewisville location took excellent care of my husband and I in the end.   From the Service Department with Dustin,  to the Management  Department great job and I thank you.

My wife was very pleased with the professionalism from Freedom Powersports and Marine in Lewisville.  We contacted Lucas on a Tuesday looking for personal watercraft. We had been researching  for 3 weeks in OK., KS., AR,  & TX.  They just had a Yamaha FX SVHO available 10 minutes before we  called, and after the call, we put a deposit down and picked it up the next day, Wednesday.  Greg welcomed us as we came  in the door.  Lucas took us to the Yamaha service department, and showed us a small flaw in the seat and allowed us to pick out new life vests, to compensate for the flaw.  We were impressed as they did not have to point or offer to give us anything. Brennan in Service called about the accessories that we were interested in adding to our Yamaha.  Dustin also came out and went over the procedures for the break in period.  Stephanie in Finance called Tuesday to follow up and ask if we had any question. They were fantastic to work with on Wednesday when we picked up the Yamaha.  Our only frustration was driving from Okla. 4 hours, but it was well worth it!  Thank you again!!

After a horrible purchase experience at the freedom farmers branch location. This location in Lewisville took care of us and made things right. I am willing to pay top dollars when the product, services, and people make you feel like family. Thank you very much for the professionalism of Loren when we spoke for the first time on the phone, to Sam who greeted us as soon as we walked in the first time to the dealer, and to Stephanie for making our purchase experience an enjoyable time. I could not be more happy that my family was taken care off by the staff here. I would 100% and more recommend this location.

Very helpful over the phone until they got the deposit and then once you’re in there finalizing the deal they turn in to your typical snake sales people

I’ve used their service department a couple of times and couldn’t be happier with my experience! Quick and friendly service at more than affordable prices. They also have a pretty good selection of dirt bikes and ATVS. Will be coming back in the future!

I went in to pick up a part for our Kawasaki Mule.  They were more than willing to order the part.  I was greeted immediately upon entering the store.  It looked like they had a very good selection of vehicles similar to the Mule but I didn't have time to check them out.   If you are in the market, check them out!

This dealership sucks! At least the Farmers Branch location is more better to deal with.

I left another dealership with a bad taste before coming here. I called ahead to see if they had what I wanted and they did. Johnny was very nice to deal with, he showed willingness to work with me and was also very knowledgeable about what he is selling unlike other places. All the staff that I came in contact with were friendly and professional. The finance lady was also very nice to deal with. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone. For me it was worth the 40 minute drive despite the fact that I have 2 other dealerships closer to me that I visited prior to this only to leave disappointed. Go see Johnny, you won’t be disappointed.

Avoid them at all costs with a USED bike.

I bought a used 2016 Victory Vision Tour from them 3 weeks ago.
Bike lasted 15 miles before it broke down.
Hey, I get it, used bike... some problems are to be expected. Its why I insist on a warranty (and they include one with the sale).

Except they sold me a bike with brake caliper damage (missing pins), which can be dangerous at best... and deadly at worst.
There were other issues, but chalk those up to a used bike with questionable maintenance history.

So let me try to explain - as I understand it - how this dealer works: They buy cheap bikes, ride them around the parking lot, and if they dont die they sell it. When/if it breaks down they fix it under the extended warranty. This way they can sell junk bikes and then get paid to make them safe.
Win/win for them, who cares about the customer or the customers safety.

So my bike has now been at this dealer for 2.5 weeks collecting dust while they wait for "authorization" from the warranty company to fix a bike that should have never been sold in the first place... and the approval process can take 30+ days (30 days for approval, then however long it takes to get parts, plus however long it takes to repair).

Oh... and the best part: When I went up to speak to them in person today, the #1 concern of the service advisor was $$. Literally told me that if I took my bike to a different shop how would they get paid for their diagnostic time? And when the person I assume was the service manager got involved, his first comment was to blame me for the brake failure. Make of that what you will.

This was my first experience at your Hurst location.  Corey was awesome he volunteer to take my bike in and have tires installed and then bring it home for my since I do not like to drive on the freeway.  Absolute best service I will be back.

This is by far the worst customer service I have ever received.  I drove 7 hours round trip to look at a motorcycle that the sales guy Daniel told me it was a 9.8 on a scale of 1-10.  When I 1st got there I talk to the manager Kyle. Daniel shortly after that Daniel drove the motorcycle in the show Room. When I saw there was a light out on the back of it I ask the manager Kyle if he would replace the like and he told me it was as is. When I was looking over the bike I noticed that it had been dropped on both sides I brought this to the tension of Daniel. He looked at me like what do you expect. Then I opened up the saddlebag and water poured out of it. Then I opened up the other saddlebag where the 6 disk CD player was and the guts were taking out of the CD player. I opened up the center consul to find extra boats that had come off of the bike. They were supposed to detail the bike and clean it before I got there the next day. The sales guy Daniel told me he was busy and sold four bikes the day before. I told him I didn't see how that was my problem.  Exspecially after I had already sent him a copy of my driver's license. He said he had the paperwork ready and was ready to take my money. And that it would only take a few minutes to wipe the bike down. He told me he would give me time to think about it and what I wanted to do. After I walked out to the truck and came back in I hope heard the manager tell him don't worry about me because there were other people that were interested in the bike. If a bike is a 9.8 on a scale of 1 to 10 you would think that it wouldn't have that much problems. After looking over the bike I noticed it was leaking oil on the floor and the sales guy Daniel told me it was condensation. It didn't take me long to walk out the door I was literally there 10 minutes. I can not see how they sleep at night knowing that people drive 7 hours to look at a bike knowing that the bike was not even safe to drive back. I wish someone would do something about the people they have working over there. They knew I was going to drive that bike back and they were not worried about me or my safety.

We made our second purchase with Freedom and it was perfect. Natalie in Sales help us find the exact side by side for our needs.  Chelsea and Kelsey were unbelievable in the finance department. I also want to give a big shout out to Evan for helping me with my accessories. If you want or need a new ride go see these folks at Freedom in Weatherford.

Picked up my CanAm Defender yesterday. They said it needed a new battery so I paid a premium for apparently Jesus Christ himself to install a new one...When I went to pick it up they had to jump it to get it on my trailer and I had to jump it again to get it off the trailer.... looks like the battery wasn’t the problem. Luckily my warranty is up and I don’t have to deal with these clowns anymore.

I had a bad experience with two Can-Am dealers in the Austin area.  I called up Cage at Freedom Powersports.  Cage was super friendly and found me exactly what I was looking for in minutes, doing what other dealers could not do in months.  Cage had my unit built in a day and ready to pick up in three days.  On my arrival, Cage met me outside and just made the buying experience seamless.  All staff I encountered were nice and very helpful.  The experience ended with the Kelsey in finance going over everything with me and just made my over all buying experience great.  I will be doing future business with Freedom Powersports.

Natalie Therens in sales is the one who you want to help you with your purchase she is awesome!   Found my atv for me and was able to work hand in hand with the finance department to make everything come together.  The finance department made the deal as sweet as she could make it and really took care of me when it came to the warranty.  I can’t say enough good things about these people to include Evan in parts for making the magic when it came to additional parts and getting with service department on labor.

The service folks seem very helpful and I’ll be able to give a better review on them after my first service.

Am in the process of getting a BMW from Freedom, but wanted to give a shout out to the Excellent customer service of the parts/accessories guru Alex.  Was deciding on a new helmet and went with the Shoei RF 1200 Equate.  Alex matched a price I found online without question and made the transaction seamless and a pleasure.  Freedom's people are top notch and that is why I shop there and will recommend them to all riders.

Wow what a Rip Off Bait and Switch...  Called about a Honda ATV Rancher they have listed for 6,499...  This is list price.  I have ag exempt so I do not pay taxes.  Asked about What is Out The Door Price?  Also asked about Military discount and was told yes 250 off for Military Discount.

So List price is 6500, with NO TAX and Military Discount, Guess what Price Was?

$ 9477.00 - I thought I was being Punked...  What a unethical place lying about price fees and suckering people in with price they KNOW is no where near what you pay.  Outrageous SCAM...  What a waste of time.

These guys rock and always go above and beyond, been going to them for a while for service, gear, and bikes. Always ask for Zach from service the dude is excellent at ensuring your needs are met. If you put anything less than 4 stars then your are either full of it or your situation was a fluke!

By far the best and most organized dealership I've been too. Bought two jetski's with the help of Jeremy in sales, he was polite friendly and took care of every need I had. Nathan in service was a great help by getting one of them lake ready for me. Highly recommend seeing Jeremy for any Toy you would want to buy. Also check out Nathan for any service you need done.

Purchasing my first PWC and made sure that was understood. Will pick it up in a week. Was greeted by a couple of people even though most looked to be engaged with a customer. Carlos is my salesman and has been very attentive. Each group I encountered (Parts and Service) were very willing to answer all of my rookie questions.

General Manager and others seem to have the customer service aspect down to a T as I didn’t walk out feeling like just a number on their bottom line.

The parts dept. gentleman was friendly and helped me with what I needed. He pulled up the schematics diagram on the computer and made sure it was the correct parts for what I needed. We ordered them and the great thing was the parts I needed weren't on backorder. I should receive then in about 4-5 business days. I was in the store for maybe 10 mins. The store was clean and nice and the service was great. I will be back in the future for more parts.

I've had ranch Kawasaki Mule in a couple of times for repair & maintenance.  Logan has handled service professionally & promptly. I particularly appreciate his concern for customer & working with corporate to accomplish warranty & recall repairs.

This is my home dealership and Warren and staff have always been very helpful in getting parts for my bike!  Just bought a new pair of Alpine Stars and Warren had them at the dealership in 2 days..  Super good service and I’ll be buying my next bike from there also.

When a couple other bike dealerships told me they couldn’t get me financed, freedom in Cleburne got it done. Not only that, but Amy made the entire process easy and friendly. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a a bike or and atv or side by side.

Stopped in here to try to purchase a Can-am. The salesman couldn't answer questions I had. After submitting paperwork for approval, I kept having to call back numerous times. My credit score was adequate as well as my income. It was one reason after another why they couldn't  get me approved. Finally went in one more time and then waited for them to call me. They never did. They apparently didn't care about me as a customer and don't care about making a sale. I went to another Can-am distributor in Fort Worth...Fort Worth Motorsports...got me on a bike with no problem quickly. Love that place!

I took my Polaris Ranger in for a full service.  The first issue I had was when I go it home, the battery was dead (completely).  So they obviously had to jump it in the shop before they brought it out for me to load it on the trailer which explains why it took the guy 15 minutes to bring it out.   Who would return a vehicle after a full service with a dead battery?  After buying a new battery from them, I used it for 26 service hours before the engine blew.  Oil was completely empty - I hadn't thought to check their work.  I took it back to complain and they said it had been over 30 days since the service and there was nothing they could do.  They're incompetent or unethical or both.

First of all they advertise the go carts at being one dollar shy of $2000. $1999. I get in there and tell them I’ll take one and they bring me a service agreement sales contract as if I’m buying a car. The guy then proceeds to tell me that if I take all the things he’s pitching me I am at $5300. And I’m like wait a minute you advertise at $2000? And he says well you don’t have to get the service agreement. But we recommend it. The recommended service agreement was over $1000 and they were charging me $500 freight for a go cart that sitting on the showroom floor with all the other go carts! There is no freight! They’re right in front of me! Needless to say I walked out very disappointed. I expect to pay tax, but freight!? . $500 freight? The guy told me that they get them in at 100 at a time or you telling me that freight for your go carts was $50,000? Total BS! False advertising and shady sales practices. I wouldn’t buy a lug nut from these guys. If I could put no stars I would.

Chase was wonderful to work with. We bought a go cart for our son, and Chase made sure all our questions got answered quickly. He made fast friends with our 8 year old,  and kept us all laughing. I can't reccomend working with him enough.  Thanks Chase, for helping make a little boy the happiest he's been in months!

Truly happy with my experience at Freedom.. struggled with a purchase and warranty repair at another dealer. Freedom picked up the slack and my son is happy. Kory took care of us quickly on very short notice. Will only use Freedom from now on.

I called Tuesday afternoon hoping to get some info about potentially buying an ATV. Kaitlyn immediately sent me pics of what was available and then sent me financing forms. My purchase was delivered the next morning. It was such an easy and efficient process. I was thoroughly impressed.

Scary experience.  Gave a deposit on a Polaris.  Paid in full before I received it, which was a colossal mistake.  Was promised it would arrive with all parts and accessories by Christmas and it did not.  DJ, who claimed to be a part owner refused to refund my money and ultimately threatened me with physical violence.  Had to stop payment on a check.  My attorney is now involved to get my deposit back.  Have already reached out to Polaris corporate.  Do yourself a favor and drive to another dealership.  These numerous one star reviews are not made up.

Good stock of inventory. All branded company's inventory. Very good and friendly and experience staff. Chances to get one of the best deals all around.

I can’t think of a better place to do business, than freedom powersports. Customer service definitely goes along way, and our sales rep proved that. Becci went above,and beyond making sure our son’s first purchase was the best. She was super nice, and very knowledgeable about her job. I will forever be grateful for her, and the smile she Put on my sons face.

Drove all the way down to this dealership from Canton. When I arrived the battery on the bike I came to look at was dead. So I had to wait for them to jump it so I could test drive. I ended up purchasing the bike and they told me the battery would be fine. Took the bike home and overnight it died. Contacted the dealership to see if they could pay for a new one from the Canton location. The sales manager DJ would not help me one bit. He told me I had to drive all the way back to McDonough to have the battery replaced and that it was my fault that I chose to buy a bike from them. It’s a three hour round trip to go back to the dealership and I don’t have the time or patience for that. So to sum this up I will never be doing business with this location again and I highly advise others to do the same.
